Forecast Radar Cameras

July of 2004 found us in Alaska on our honeymoon. The cruise set sail from Seattle, providing a much needed week of relaxation and rest.

We checked two items off of Sue's wish list with this trip: Alaska and whales. We took a wildlife quest boat out of Juneau with high hopes of seeing whales. Well, we saw whales, dalls porpoise, eagles, sea lions and, of course, people.

The cruise into Tracey Arm was one to remember. Although it was a little too chilly for breakfast on our balcony (and we were too modest to have breakfast in bed), we were able to enjoy breakfast in our room, watching the spectaculary scenery as the boat passed through this remarkable region.
